Garlic Mousse

Ingredients
4 each garlic, whole heads
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cup whipping cream
1 salt, to taste
1 pepper, white, to taste
2 tablespoon chives, chopped, optional
Directions:

Rub garlic heads with olive oil. Wrap individually in aluminum foil and roast in 375 degree oven for about 45 minutes.
