Le Creuset dutch oven questions.?
I just splurged and bought a 5.5 qt. round Le Creuset dutch oven. a few questions:
1. What's your favorite thing to cook in your Le Creuset?
2. any cleaning tips?
3. anything I shouldn't cook in my Le Creuset?
4. have you put them in the oven (with handles) above 375 degrees?
5. what type of utensils do you prefer to use with your Le Creuset?
the cast iron heats up really well and you can turn off the heat early and let it cook on its own
is this a special french way of farting under the covers?
